The menu has been put together by our Executive
Chefs Abdul Kaium & Khaled Miah, two of Birmingham’s
renowned culinary specialists in the industry. Kaium has
exclusive knowledge in different Cuisine’s ranging from
Indian, French Provencal, Italian, Oriental and Thai.
With this menu we have modernised Indian Cuisine taking
it to its next level - yet still keeping its authentic flavours
- but approached in a contemporary fusion manner, with
different accents from around the world added to dishes,
